We are excited to announce the official launch of the International Coach Federation (ICF) San Diego chapter!  We are breaking all the rules of traditional organized membership forums and creating a fun and dynamic community to support explosive success and partnership within our profession.

We fully realize that the success of this chapter will depend on the relationships we build and the resources we provide.  As far as we are concerned, our members are our greatest resource. Since we intend to show you off and co-create this chapter with you, we are enrolling new members who are coaches that possess the following traits:

·         Authentic / Enjoys connecting in a real way

·         Values the relationships they establish

It's our mission to increase awareness about our profession in the community and to create a safe space where coaches can come together to continue to expand and grow personally and professionally.

Brandon Moreno
President

Brandon Moreno has nearly two decades extensive experience with Fortune 500 companies, international business environments, and startup organizations and has trained and coached thousands of people both internationally and domestically.  He is the co-author of a forthcoming book called, Bouncing Back: Thriving in Times of Change and will be receiving his certification as a Core Energy Coach from iPEC later this year.  In addition, Brandon currently sits on the Board of Directors and acts as Vice President of Professional Membership for the San Diego Recruiters Roundtable (SDRR), which includes San Diego’s largest and best known HR networking communities that serve Human Resources professionals, executives, and consultants.  He also serves as a mediator for the National Conflict Resolution Center.

Brandon has been a featured expert for the San Diego Business Journal and has spoken alongside bestselling authors such as Greg Reid as well as Oprah guests like Lisa Nichols.  Currently, Brandon is the founder of Leading Edge Thought Corporation, a prominent coaching, consulting and educational company headquartered in San Diego.  Here, Brandon helps Executive teams with key initiatives, drives the company culture to be more progressive and stakeholder driven, and navigates organizations through times of change.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of LaVerne and has done extensive graduate work in Global Leadership at University of San Diego. His Human Resources Management certification is from Chapman University.

Misty Jenneiahn
Vice-President

Soul Searcher Extraordinaire and former Mindset and Business coach for John Assaraf (from the hit movie The Secret), Misty Jenneiahn is the founder of B-YOU-tiful Transformational Studio  in San Diego where she's  combined the art of inner and outer beauty  as The Soul Coaching  Stylist.  Misty does not attribute her multiple coaching certifications, intensive studies at AIHT, or her many practitioner certifications in the healing arts as the sole reason for her success, but rather to having learned the secret to freedom and lasting happiness.  She found through her experience of "having it all" and still feeling unfulfilled, that happiness lie not in the work we do, the financial success we have, our relationships or where we live, etc.  but only in living in alignment with who we are at our core...at the Soul level.  

Misty's work is devoted to guiding others back to their own inner wisdom or what she calls The Soul's voice,  in order to create a life that is full-filling, joyful and prosperous! Her blog, "The Hairdresser's Guide to Enlightenment" (forthcoming book), documents her personal challenges and victories that show up along the Soul's journey.

Kay Richardson, MFT, ACC
Vice-President

Kay brings a rich background of 15 years combined experience as a personal coach and therapist.  She is also an inspirational vocalist, bringing the power of music to open people to creating lives they love from the inside out.

Kay's passion for creativity, nature and spiritual connection are integrated into her work coaching individuals and facilitating inspiring workshops and retreats.

She is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, and a Certified Life Coach through Coach for Life where she trained and served on the faculty.

Kay also holds a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from the University of Texas, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and completed post-graduate training in collaborative, solution-focused and narrative therapy.

She has been a featured expert in the San Diego Union Tribune, San Diego Citybeat, and Ranch and Coast Magazine.  Kay has also published chapters in three anthologies: Positively Brilliant Self-Mastery, 101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life, and The Marriage of Sex and Spirit.
